Skokie River, a politically non-partisan local community organization leading the fight against corruption, brings people together in a powerful coalition to end the devastating impact of corruption on men, women and children living in Skokie. Skokie River’s mission is to create change towards a Skokie free of corruption through transparency, accountability & open discussion.

Skokie River challenges the inevitability of corruption, and offers hope to its victims. Skokie River is just beginning to play a lead role in improving the lives of Skokie residents by building momentum for the anti-corruption movement. Skokie River raises awareness and diminishes apathy and tolerance of corruption, and devises and implements practical actions to address it.

Skokie River endeavors to attain the skills, tools, experience, expertise and broad community participation to fight corruption one neighborhood at a time, as well as through local and regional initiatives. Skokie River is a free online public forum for all concerned Skokie citizens! Any person in Skokie may participate. Please excuse any last minute misspellings & improper grammar.
